Eligibility Norms set by the University
- The applicant must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board / Council.
- Candidate applying for admission to MSc in Media Science should be Graduate with 50% above marks in any stream.
- Candidate has to appear for a Creative Test
Common Admission Tests (CET)
Admission to Non – AICTE professional courses (UG, PG) of MAKAUT, WB is made through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the University.

- Any other fees imposed by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) or the State Govt. will also be payable, as applicable.
- MMS students shall have to pay Rs. 77,000/- per semester.
- Payment has to be made by Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque / Pay Order, drawn in favour of ‘The Heritage Academy’, payable at Kolkata within specified date to be notified by the Academy.
